Robert S. Mink, Jr.

Robert began practicing law with his father in 2016. He immediately began assisting in the representation of clients in litigation by researching legal issues, drafting documents, and interviewing clients and witnesses. He quickly began handling all types of litigation and gained particular experience in litigating 18-wheeler accidents, premises liability, personal injuries, and insurance disputes. Robert opened the Memphis office of Mink & Mink in 2018.

While in law school, Robert took advantage of the many opportunities to gain hands-on experience and a practical education. He participated in Pro Bono Initiatives and free clinics. He was on the Trial Advocacy Board and traveled throughout the country competing with other law students in mock trials. Robert joined the Mississippi Innocence Project his last year in law school and was sworn into practice under the Limited Practice Act to provide legal representation to Mississippi state prisoners serving significant periods of incarceration who have cognizable claims of wrongful conviction.

Robert has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Mississippi. He is licensed in Tennessee. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Memphis Bar Association.
