Rob Mink, Sr.
Rob Mink practices primarily in the defense of personal injury claims with an emphasis on collisions involving commercial vehicles and eighteen-wheelers. His cases also include insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims. Mr. Mink has defended insurance companies and their insureds since 1991. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and its committees on Insurance Law and Trucking Law. In the early years of his practice he earned valuable trial experience as a member of the Criminal Justice Act Panel in the Northern District of Mississippi, accepting appointments to represent indigent clients against federal prosecutions.

Robert S. Mink, Jr.
Rob Mink, Jr received his Juris Doctor at the University of Mississippi School of Law, after graduating from Ole Miss with a degree in both Political Science and History. While attending Ole Miss, he was a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society. He was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, Ole Miss Pro Bono Initiative, and worked as a student lawyer for the Mississippi Innocence Project where he provided representation to Mississippi state prisoners serving significant periods of incarceration who had cognizable claims of wrongful conviction. He has been a part of Mink & Mink, PLLC since 2016, handling complex and routine litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Jean Coppenbarger is the paralegal for the firm. She earned an undergraduate degree in English and Journalism and a graduate degree in Marketing and Communications, both from the University of Southern Mississippi. Mrs. Coppenbarger has had careers in politics, journalism and marketing. After taking an early retirement from BellSouth in 2001, she began a career in the legal profession and has worked for three law firms in the Jackson area prior to joining Mink & Mink, PLLC.
